Membership card and receipts

Physicians who have paid their assessment fees online may access the secured section of the Web site in order to print their membership card and receipts.

Physicians who have sent their assessment forms by mail along with the required payment will receive by mail their membership card from the Collège des médecins du Québec with official receipts for income tax purposes.

Duplicata

A member may obtain a duplicata of his card by contacting the Administrative Services Division of the Collège by fax or by e-mail. A $17 fee, payable by credit card (Visa or Master Card), is required for the issuance of a duplicata.
