Incorporation

All persons wishing to obtain authorization from the Collège des médecins du Québec (hereinafter called “Collège”) to practice the medical profession within a joint-stock company or a limited liability partnership, the two (2) new corporate forms provided for in the Regulation respecting the practice of the medical professional within a partnership or company, must follow the four steps described below and read the information indicated.

Physicians who already practice within a company or a partnership must make sure to keep their file up to date with the Collège.
