Routine updating
The physician must notify the Secretary of the Collège in writing of any change in the information transmitted in his or her declaration that may contravene this Regulation. This notice must be transmitted using the Amended declaration to authorize practice of the medical profession within a partnership or a company and must be received by the Secretary of the Collège within 30 days of the change being made. The physician must in particular notify the Secretary of the Collège of the cancellation of the insurance coverage contemplated in Division III, of the dissolution, the assignment of assets, the bankruptcy or the voluntary or forced liquidation of the partnership or company or any other event that is likely to prevent the physician from pursuing his or her activities within the partnership or company.
