The Régie de l'assurance maladie (RAMQ) kit sent with the written confirmation includes an information guide and all the relevant forms the member needs to make the required changes with the RAMQ. In fact, the member will have to advise the RAMQ that he or she wishes to obtain an administrative account number and to have his or her fees paid to the order of the company.

The RAMQ kit is not sent until the Collège gives written confirmation authorizing a member to practice within a company or partnership. Members who want to read the documents contained in the RAMQ kit must contact the RAMQ directly.

The Collège sends to the RAMQ, on a daily basis, information with respect to authorizations granted or changes requested in the context of applying the Regulation respecting the practice of the medical profession within a partnership or a company.
