Professional practice

Québec physicians are subject to the Medical Act, the Professional Code, and the various regulations adopted by the Collège des médecins du Québec. In order to fulfill the various mandates incumbent upon it and which follow from its mission, the Collège des médecins du Québec regularly drafts and revises regulations  aimed at making the practice of medicine in Québec faithfully reflect high standards of conduct and ethics, in order to ensure quality medicine to the public
