Executive Office


The mandate of the Executive Office (EO) is to implement the decisions and orientations of the Board of Directors and the Requests Committee. The EO fulfils the legal mandate and broad functions defined in the Professional Code, the Medical Act and their associated regulations.

The Executive Office is composed of the Collège’s senior management: the president, the executive director, the assistant executive director and the secretary.

The Executive Office’s functions are divided into six sectors: 

Provision of support to the Board of Directors and Requests Committee
Committees, meetings, gatherings, working groups
Annual Orientation Day 

Coordination and management of the divisions 
Governance Committee
Statutory meetings with physician executives and personnel 

Medico-legal affairs 
Management of the Roll of the Order
Registration certificates
Notices concerning medical practice

You can contact the staff of the Executive Office from Monday to Thursday, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m and on Friday, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
