Application for Registration
1. Submit an application for a registration certificate after having been accepted into a faculty of medicine in Québec.
Students must apply for their registration certificate online, through the secured section of the Web site.
As soon as the Collège des médecins will have received the confirmation of his or her acceptance by the Faculty of Medicine, each student will receive his or her user code and password allowing him or her to access the application online. Students who have not received this message by September 15 in their first year of studies can communicate with the Medical Education Division, at 514-933-4249.
2. Before October 15 of the first year of medicine, send to the CMQ:
The original or a certified true copy of one of the following documents:
- Canadian citizens: birth certificate;
OR
- Canadians born outside Canada: birth certificate or Canadian identification card (both sides);
OR
- Non-Canadian citizens: birth certificate or Canadian visa or immigration visa.
AND
- McGill University graduates: Proof of knowledge of the French language
A photocopy of one of the following documents:
- A complete transcript of your academic record from college and university on the base of which you have been accepted into the faculty of medicine;
OR
- The diploma on the base of which you have been accepted into the faculty of medicine.
3. Start application
In order to make your application online, you must use one of the following browsers:
