Important - The holder of a restrictive permit for resident must return the Application for a change of permit to practice medicine before the expiry date of his or her permit. If the application is received more than one month after the expiry date of the restrictive permit, the candidate will have to provide an Application for reinstatement or change of status in addition to the Application for a change of permit to practice medicine, in which case a one week delay (at least) will be expected for the study of both applications.
