If you are dissatisfied with the services provided by a physician or believe that he did not respect his professional obligations, you may choose to inform the Collège of the situation by submitting a request for an inquiry. You may:

On the other hand, a person who has a dispute with a physician over the amount of the account for professional services may apply to the syndic of the Collège des médecins du Québec for conciliation.
In the interests of protecting the individual right to privacy, the Collège des médecins du Québec asks that the public not furnish personal information via e-mail. It also wishes to point out that requests for an inquiry must be presented in writing, signed and sent by fax or by mail to the following address:
