Our governance

The CMQ's Board of Directors establishes its broad orientations, ensures its proper functioning and compliance with its mission. The Board is made up of 11 physicians and 4 representatives of the public. The Executive Director reports to the Board and is responsible for managing the permanent staff's activities.
